Come enjoy a five course meal from Texas Bleu, prepared by the fantastic Chef Erin Miller; each course is perfectly paired with a delicious brew from Shannon Brewing Company.
First we’ll be serving up a Wedge Salad, served with signature creamy Texas Bleu cheese house made dressing, crispy bacon, and cherry tomatoes, paired with the Shannon Brewing Company’s seasonal Honey Porter.
The second course will be Maryland Lump Crab Dip, made with cream cheese, lump crab, and chives, served with house made tortilla chips and served along side Shannon’s All American Blonde.
Our third course will be the Texas Bleu Burger, prepared with certified Angus beef, stuffed with bleu cheese, topped with provolone cheese and sauteed mushrooms then served on a Brioche bun. This burger is paired with Shannon’s Irish Red.
Next we’ll spice things up with the Irish Chicken Sandwich, which begins with all natural chicken breast, beer battered in Shannon’s Irish Red, served with housemade slaw, tomatoes, and pickles, served along side Shannon’s IPA.
Last but definitely not least, what’s a meal without dessert! We’ll be serving the Chocolate Turtle Cake, made from scratch, filled with cream cheese and topped with a chocolate ganash, paired with Shannon’s award winning Chocolate Stout.
