Shannon Lemon Head Tart is a sour wheat ale brewed with lactose and fermented with real lemons. This wheat base of this ale provides a subtle malt profile.The beer is lightly soured to accentuate the tartness associated with fresh lemons. Lactose is added during the boil to provide a rich mouthfeel and balance the tartness with a subtle sweetness.
