Shannon Irish Coffee Cream Ale is a true Irish Cream Ale brewed with lactose and aged on Baileys flavored coffee and vanilla. This beer is brewed to have a medium body, slightly dark hue, and rich coffee aroma. After fermentation, the beer is aged on Baileys flavored whole bean coffee and freshly split vanilla beans. Tasting notes include toffee, Baileys, coffee, and vanilla.
