Shannon FestBier is a smooth, clean, pale German lager with a lovely malt base, dry finish, and balanced hop profile. This wonderful beer is served all year long in Germany and is a mainstay at Munich’s Oktoberfest. The malt is a Pilsen base with some biscuit flavors. The hop profile is balanced with a light floral bent. This beer is super refreshingand pairs well with almost any food…especially pretzels.
