Shannon Cranberry Sour is a soured wheat beer fermented with cranberries and sweet cherries. The unique combination of wheat and berries gives this beer a beautiful color and the cranberries provide a naturally tart flavor. The sugar in the fruit causes a second fermentation, accentuating the natural sour flavors in the beer. Tasting notes include tart fruit and sour wheat.
