Shannon Cool-Hop III IPA features Simcoe, Mosaic, & Sabro — added during a cooled whirlpool. This beautiful, unfiltered IPA is brewed with copious amounts of hops — most of which are added during a cooled whirlpool stage. The remaining hops are added during two dry-hop sessions. This cool-hopping routine allows all the hop flavor to shine without being bitter. Double Dry-Hopped Featuring Simcoe, Mosaic, and Sabro.
