Shannon Cool-Hop IPA 8 features Ekuant, El Dorado, Citra and BRU-1. This beautiful, unfiltered IPA is brewed with copious amounts of hops — most of which are added during a cooled whirlpool stage. The remaining hops are added during two dry-hop sessions. This cool-hopping routine allows all the hop flavor to shine without being too bitter.
