The brewery has three areas for private rental — our taproom (approx. 128 guests), our outdoor beer garden (approx. 150 people) and our production area (approx. 150 People). We can help you book musicians or you can play your iTunes playlist on our sound system. You can bring your own food or we have relationships with several awesome restaurants and catering services.
Plan to bring your own water/soft drinks (or we can make arrangements to have Samantha Springs water at your event) because we have our hands full just tending to the beer. TABC/State Law prohibits the consumption of any other alcohol on the brewery premises. Please do not bring any confetti or shelled peanuts to our facility.
The brewery charges a rental fee of $800 per private event. This fee includes brewery rental for three hours, TABC certified bar staff, and your first 120 pints of beer. All beer beyond the first 120 pints will be charged by the glass.
A $400 non-refundable deposit is needed to hold/book your date. The $400 deposit will be applied to the final rental fee. All brewery rentals require a $50 cleaning fee. There is also a 8.25% state sales tax added to all party rental costs. Tipping of the bar staff is always appreciated.
